Format of the programme:

Dare to Care consists of a two day Learning Module and a follow up Implementation Module -

  • The Learning Module comprises 15 individual modules that are typically delivered over a two day workshop format, but may also be delivered separately, or as best fits your organisation's needs.
  • The Implementation Module consists of 3 - 6 individual telephone coaching sessions held up to four months following the Dare to Care Learning Module. These sessions are to ensure the tools and models are used in a relevant and practical way and that the learning is fully integrated.
