The Foundation course will start with a full day session.

You will cover:

• How you have got to where you are now — what are your strengths, values and dreams
• Understanding your communication style through a diagnostic tool which is fun and can be applied immediately
• How to communicate appropriately
• What you want for yourself by the end of this year and beyond,
• Create your plan for success

Then in a series of monthly group coaching sessions, we will cover:

- Harnessing your potential

- Critical success factors to achieving your goals

- Overcoming fear

- Emotional Intelligence

- Pulling it all together
