Business Coaching

A business coach coaches people in their work on professional issues. A business coach often works with managers within a company and can coach teams. A business coach can:

• Facilitate the easing of difficulties with other managers or executives
• Clarify vision, values etc
• Help the client learn how to be more effective.

The focus in business coaching is on the individual, not on systems or specific skill sets.

Coaching will impact and improve results for business performance indirectly.

Often business coaching may cover areas of an individual’s personal life – no-one can separate work from the rest of their lives. It’s not unusual to find that poor performance at work may be improved by addressing issues in the client’s personal life.
